HealthTracker connects with Microsoft® HealthVault™
HealthTracker offers the ability to upload your information from HealthTracker to Microsoft® HealthVault™. This provides the ability to have your nutrition and exercise data stored in the cloud where it can be used by any program that uses Microsoft® HealthVault™.
Microsoft® HealthVault™ is an online service designed to put consumers in control of their health information. HealthVault enables users to store and share data among different health solutions and upload data from devices—giving consumers easy access to their health information. Visit www.HealthVault.com to learn more. To help you better track your nutrition, exercise and weight goals,HealthTracker connects with HealthVault to keep a record of your nutritional information.
To connect with Microsoft® HealthVault™, you must have a LiveID or OpenID. When you connect with Microsoft® HealthVault™, you will be prompted by HealthVault to enter your ID. If you do not have one you will be given the opportunity to create one.
To copy your data to your HealthVault record, please press the Copy to Microsoft® HealthVault™ button. This will start the process of uploading your data to your HealthVault record.
After the data has been copied, you will see a chart window. The default view will show you charts of your calories and weight.

Your weight will show you the trend of your weight loss, your target weight line, and will also inform you of when you are expected to reach your weight goal at your current rate of loss.
The Daily breakdown report provides a report showing the source of your calories for your current day by carbs, protein and total fat. The 2005 U.S. Dietary guidelines state that 20 to 30 percent of your calories should be provided by fat.
The weekly breakdown provides the same information as the Daily breakdown report, except that it is over the last seven days.
